Description

Nikon Nikkor-W 65mm f/4.0 wide angle lens in a Copal 0 shutter with the retaining ring, B&W UV haze filter and non factory caps. Has what we suspect is element de-lamination. It can be seen as the white-ish D shaped reflection in the photos. I suspect that it would not show in photos. It is pretty amazing the degree of issues a lens can have that will not be noticeable when using the lens or ever show up on the negative. The shutter fires at all speeds and seems on the mark. The aperture ring operates smoothly. The shutter has flash sync and the lever to open it for focusing This lens is appropriate for 4x5 cameras with coverage of 170mm at f/45. It would be roughly the equivalent of an 18mm lens on a 35mm camera and may require a recessed lens board or short bellows on some cameras
