Glass is hazy, has surface defects from age and poor storage. A big, heavy lens for 8x10" cameras. The Cintar was a Sears and Roebuck brand sold with Conley cameras. Shutter appear to be an Ilex Universal, lens could be made by Wollensak, Bausch & Lomb, or another U.S. maker, does not appear to be European. Sold as-is for parts or repair. Please See Photos.
