They come empty, to make shipping easier and cheaper. You can just fill them with a mixture of dish soap and water to use. MEASUREMENTS: bottles are 4" long, earrings slightly over 5" total with ear hook. that's quite long, if worn by kids or someone with a shorter neck they'll definitely be touching the shoulders.
